Volunteer/Student Services Hours


  

Winter 2025 Hours must be submitted online by 4 PM, Wednesday, April 23, 2025.  

We would like to offer to the club/organization members to document volunteer hours via this website. If you participated in events during the Winter session, i.e., ASMVC ICC Training, or club/organization training, please indicate those hours here.

Document hours as you would do normally and your Advisor will be required to approve, or deny them. The system will remain open until 4 pm, Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Students who submit 30 – 100 approved hours will receive an incentive award (student service fee must be paid).

PLEASE NOTE:  A MAXIMUM OF 8 HOURS PER CALENDAR DAY MAY BE SUBMITTED FOR SERVICE HOURS. 

Please enjoy our service hour web portal. If you have not created an account please get started by clicking the New Account button on the right. If you have an account, please login and review/submit your hours. When submitting hours, you will find a list of "approvers" in a drop-down menu to submit your hours to. Please select the appropriate person to authorize the hours you are submitting.

PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO LOG YOUR HOURS! YOU RISK THE CHANCE OF THEM NOT BEING APPROVED AND COUNTED.

Condense your hours as much as possible (e.g. Club/Organization meetings for entire semester = 8 hours).
